Advanced Home Health, an Excelin Home Health agency, continues to grow throughout the San Diego area! With our growth, we are looking for a highly skilled LVN to join our team for full time coverage in the South & East San Diego County areas. We might consider PRN coverage, but prefer full time.
At least one year or more of paid clinical experience required, as well as IV Certification. Home Health experience strongly preferred. Bilingual preferred, but not required. Make a significant difference in patient’s lives. Home Health nurses work with patients one on one in their own home with the goal of restoring function and independence.
