WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Record daily financial transactions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank deposits and vendor payments.
  • Reconcile multiple bank accounts, credit card accounts and other balance sheet entries.
  • Interact with all departments to ensure proper accounting procedures are followed, updates of logs and excel sheets.
  • Collections, including following up on past due and aged invoices.
  • Process bi-monthly payroll using ADP, track PTO accruals and attendance, process health benefits and 401K contributions.
  • Answer phones and other tasks as assigned.

Skills Required:

  • Experience with Quickbooks (Quickbooks Online a plus)
  • Experience in payroll processing using ADP a plus
  • Excel and Word
  • Outlook Calendar and email
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to adapt to frequently changing priorities and duties

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
