We are currently hiring for Full Time LPN for Flex 1st 7am-3p AND the 3rd shift 11p-7a.

Essential Functions
§ Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
§ Administer medications to residents and monitor residents for reactions or side effects.
§ Record residents’ medical information and vital signs.
§ Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in residents’ conditions.
§ Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate residents care plans.
§ Modify residents’ treatment plans as indicated by residents’ responses and conditions.
§ Direct or supervise less-skilled nursing or healthcare personnel.
§ Instruct individuals, families, or other groups on topics such as health education, disease prevention, and develop health improvement programs.
Requirements
§ Must successfully pass the mandated criminal background checks.
§ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
§ Must be able to pass the pre-employment reference checks.
§ Must be able to provide official grade transcripts of the education level provided on the employment application.
§ Must be able to provide a copy of his/her own social security card for W-4 documentation.
§ Must be able to provide applicable documentation(s) for I-9 in order to establish identity and authorization to work in the U.S
