In a Nutshell

Valve+Meter is in search of a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating quality sales appointments for Valve+Meter’s B2B clients. You will be reaching out to our client’s cold prospects through different channels (phone, email, etc.). This role ensures Valve+Meter is able to help our clients grow.

  • This role reports to the Demand Generation Manager
  • Responsibilities:

    • Hitting Monthly Quota / Delivering Client Results
    • Maintaining Daily KPIs (launch new prospects, execute activities, etc.)
    • Build lists matching the client ideal customer criteria
    • Analyze results to identify improvement opportunities
    • Implement sequence improvements and measure results

What the Role Is Not

  • A call center
  • It’s not turn and burn – we dial in on targets, utilize strategy to increase conversion, and get results through campaign improvements rather than sheer force.
  • A lone wolf position. Our BDRs have a collaborative mentality by prioritizing “we” and not focusing on “me”.

Experience

Required:

  • Low fear of rejection and low need for approval
