WellnessFirst is looking for a CA to join our amazing team! We have a very busy, beautiful office established in this wonderful community for almost 14 years. We offer various treatments including chiropractic, functional nutrition, rehab and massage. We need someone who is energetic, friendly, a quick learner, able to multi- task and is passionate about helping others feel their best. The Chiropractic Assistant will aide the Doctor by performing therapies to help patients with issues and injuries get better.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Routing patients through the office.
- Performing modalities and therapies in the therapy room.
- Communicate with the Doctor and other Treating Staff regarding patient care.
- Prior authorizations and medical records.
- Insurance Verification.
- DME and Orthotics fitting.
- SOAP/Charting notes in our software required daily for the patients. We will train.
- Maintaining a clean workspace.
- Be friendly, energetic and compassionate with our patients and team.
