MSB Analytics Inc is seeking a Strategic Marketing Coordinator for our corporate office in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years developing, capturing, and writing compelling proposals for government evaluation. Must be attention to detail, and strong analytical and organizational skills. Also self-motivated and demonstrates ‘excellent’ customer service skills.


Essential functions
:

  • Searches for, reads, analyzes, reviews, and debriefs team on solicitation requests, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, Sources Sought Notices, and more across multiple platforms and multiple Government agencies.
  • Creates compliance matrices and perform SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) on solicitation requests to determine if the company can create responsive, winning proposals.
  • Identifies gaps, weaknesses, win themes, customer hot buttons, strengths, and strategies for proposal development.
  • Develops, formats, and submits formal questions to the Government, including soliciting questions from the team and subject matter experts.
  • Participates in and leads team review of proposals throughout the proposal development process.
  • Develops and executes all proposal plans, incorporates, collates, edits, and consolidates writing from multiple authors into a single document with one single voice.
  • Maintains version control across multiple edits, revisions, schedules, authors, and solicitation amendments.
  • Ensures writing is compliant with proposal criteria/instructions to include edits, formats, narratives, verifying numbers, assembling spreadsheets and data inputs.
  • Develops graphics and other visualizations to include in proposals.
  • Communicates with teaming partners and draft data calls designed to elicit compliant, informative, and value-added proposal information.
  • Interviews subject matter experts, engineers, analysts, and other technical staff to gather information needed to write technical solutions for proposals, converting technical data into compliant proposal narrative.
  • Manages final proposal production activities to include printing, collating, assembling proposals; adhering to solicitation criteria for organization and delivery instructions; packaging proposals including address labels to correct recipient(s); performing final checks for pagination, printing errors, and content; creating electronic files to burn to disc; and creating proposal delivery receipts for hardcopy and softcopy proposals.
  • Maintains and updates business development management systems and pipelines, including tracking new RFIs/RFPs/RFQs/etc., and tracking efforts already in the pipeline for news and updates
  • Coordinates activities and participants in management and fact-finding meetings.
  • Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on the area of responsibility.


Required education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Business Administration, English, Communications.
  • 5-10 years’ industry experience


Other Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • Analyzes large quantities of information from multiple sources and synthesizes it to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Must have government experience.
  • Familiarity with beta.sam.gov, sam.gov, Seaport, GSA, and/or Bloomberg a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent writing and speaking communications skills.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
