Work Description
Bankruptcy — Typical Tasks:
- Initial client contact/schedule appointments.
- Open files using TABS/Practice Master/Best Case software.
- Set up and monitor payment plans with Law Pay software.
- Schedule signings.
- Letters to clients, mass mailings.
Workers’ Compensation — Typical Tasks:
- Initial client contact/schedule appointments.
- Open files using TABS/Practice Master software.
- Request, read (flag) and collate medical records.
- Maintain continued client contact.
- Litigation support (drafting discovery and answers; scheduling depositions, preparing subpoenas, hearing prep.)
General Administrative Tasks:
- Maintaining multiple calendars.
- Manage and maintain client files.
- Scanning, lots of scanning.
- Entering paralegal time into billing software.
- Transcribing as needed.
- Front desk support as needed.
Include cover letter and salary requirement.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Paralegal: 1 year (Preferred)
