Coordinates and provides professional nursing care to individuals or groups or patients with complex needs, according to established standards and practices. Nurses care for people who are sick, injured, convalescent or disabled. Under general supervision, they deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process or assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, in accordance with established philosophy. Nurses effectively interact with patient and significant others, while maintaining the standard of professional nursing. ER Nurses provide care for patients from various types of illness or trauma requiring emergency attention and must be able to recognize and effectively treat life-threatening conditions.
Requirements: Ohio licensed Registered Nurse. Prefer one year of RN experience and ACLS/PALS certification, or willingness to complete. Able to function independently, prioritize, and possess critical thinking skills.
Full-time, 72 hours per pay; 12 hour shifts, weekend rotation
