Client Care Representative – Sunset Heating & Cooling – Portland, OR

Sunset Heating & Cooling of Portland, OR is looking to hire a full-time Client Care Representative to join our HVAC office team and provide customer service as well as handle a variety of administrative tasks to help keep our business running smoothly. This position starts at $16.00 – $18.00/hr, depending on experience. Established in 1922 to haul sawdust from area sawmills to sell to Oregon families for heating fuel, the Sunset name has been in the heating business for a very long time. We cannot provide our clients with the very best in HVAC services without you being attentive to details and keeping our office running smoothly. And, your friendly customer service makes our clients happy to do business with us. You are a people person who is also good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized. You are indispensable to our success!

You perform a variety of day-to-day office tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, emailing, scheduling appointments, verifying the completion of work orders, updating accounts, and maintaining files. But, really, it’s not what you do, but how you do it. You are an independent thinker who is capable of making good decisions and being proactive. You enjoy your job as you are never bored and get satisfaction out of keeping everything in order!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type 35-40 WPM
  • Customer service skills
  • Phone skills
