We support our account managers with hands on leadership teams at all of our locations, company provided leads, aggressive daily and monthly marketing campaigns and supportive sales support teams to aid in delivering value to our customers.

Position Summary:

You will spend your day building relationships with pharmacies across the United States, offering discounts on generic pharmaceuticals to open the door for your relationship-building skills. Like most relationship sales, once you’ve establish the relationship with the decision maker, repeat orders take the place of prospecting.

You will communicate via calls, emails and online in a fast-paced environment using a windows based order entry and CRM tools. We provide full training, as well as one-on-one coaching and we won’t ask you to make collection calls! We may sell generics, but there’s nothing generic about us!

  • Enjoy talking to many different types of people convincing them to purchase?
  • Build trust using value propositions, promotions and price negotiation?
  • Enjoy sharing knowledge of the industry such as news and trends that impact the market?
  • Learn quickly about drug products and industry terminology?
  • Have self-motivation and aren’t easily discouraged (come on, it’s a sales job)?
  • Get motivated by commissions and performance based income opportunities?
  • Stay organized by keeping up with customer notes and call back appointments?
  • Have the skills to encourage customers to order via our online e-commerce site?
  • Enjoy keeping abreast of changes in the industry?
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, looks for sales signals and solves problems?
  • Thrive in a fun environment?

Skills & Abilities:

Experience: Minimum of one to three years of sales experience. Inside sales preferred. Excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills. Detailed oriented and highly organized a must.

Computer Skills: Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Education: Minimum of a high school diploma required; some college preferred.
