Chief Quality Officer
* Develop and implement comprehensive quality improvement and risk management programs for CVHHH in collaboration with senior leadership and program managers. The Chief Quality Officer is a member the senior leadership team.
* Oversee infection control program and develop and update protocols to ensure management of infections and communicable diseases among staff and patients.
* Monitor agency-wide quality improvement initiatives and create action plans, as needed, to resolve quality deficiencies, in collaboration with program managers.
* Perform quality and risk management data and satisfaction survey analysis; identify and report on trends in relation to agency initiatives or to inform the development of initiatives
* Oversee CVHHH’s clinical compliance with State and Federal regulations.
* Registered Nurse with BSN preferred
* Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare provider setting, preferably in home care
* Five years supervisory or management experience, preferably in healthcare field
* Knowledge of quality assurance and quality management protocols
* Understanding of home health and hospice Medicare regulations and accreditation standards
