In addition to executing HR strategies, the HRBP will be responsible for providing comprehensive consultation and support on all Human Resource and Talent Management needs to Management. The individual in this role will ensure HR is closely aligned with the center of the organization’s structure, including day-to-day communication with Department leadership. What You Will Do:

  • Proactively consult with leaders and recommend HR strategic solutions to improve critical business outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of workforce plans, using knowledge of external trends and issues in the industry that could potentially impact business
  • Provide guidance to convert strategies into result driven actions; collaborate with HR team on delivery of initiatives
  • Serve as a Consultant and Adviser to leaders in the effective management of their workforce through the implementation of performance management, organizational design, and compensation planning
  • Seek to understand the “voice of the employee” and partner with leaders to develop ways of improvement, including engagement and retention
  • Utilizes knowledge of various human resources functions to provide tactical support to managers
  • Manage applicable processes, including metrics management, performance management, employee relations, investigations, etc.


What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Direct (min 5 years’) experience in delivering high-volume, high demand HR services, plus background in “HR Generalist” role
  • Experience finding solutions to solve talent-based business problems
  • Exceptionally strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple job demands; organizing and prioritizing work as needed while effectively dealing with ambiguity, displaying good judgment in resolving issues, and driving change
  • Aptitude to research and analyze various types of data or information and present findings using professional methodology
  • Proven ability to learn new skills, and work effectively under exponential growth and demands
  • Strong work ethic, demonstrated by consistently completing tasks on time and correctly with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and multiple web-based sites, typical HRIS tools, plus ability to quickly grasp use of new technologies
  • Practiced in maintaining discretion with all matters of confidentiality, at all times

  • Must enjoy operating independently and as part of a collaborative team, always treating others with respect


The Strongest Candidates for This Position Will Also Possess:

  • Experience in mortgage or other financial service industries
  • 4-Year degree from accredited college or university in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Marketing, or related field of study
  • PHR/SHRM-CP Certification
