Pierce Atwood LLP seeks an associate with 2 to 5 years of corporate law experience to join and build the Business Practice Group in its Boston, MA office. Qualified candidates must have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions; seed, venture, private equity and bank financings; and the formation, structuring and general representation of business entities. The ideal candidate has securities law knowledge, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent judgment and attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
