Steck Wholesale Foods in North Sioux City, SD is hiring for the following shifts:
4th shift – Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 3pm-3am +$1.00 per hour shift differential

Description: This position is important because it creates and drives the quality for exceptional product. The technician ensures the production of safe, high-quality product that meets all standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Combine all raw materials in proper sequence and sign off that each ingredient has been added and processed for the correct amount of time as outlined in the mixing system (Formula Sheet).
- Rotate mixed ingredients back and forth to the line being served.
- Keep the line supplied with ingredients while staying on time.
- Complete and deliver all batch forms (Formula Sheet) to the Production Manager.
- Keep/supervise your work area, tools and supplies, organized and sanitary throughout the shift.
- Follow all GMP’s and Safety Procedures.
- Performs other duties as requested by Production Manager/Supervision.
- Flexible on work schedule and overtime as needed.
- Verify that all batches are produced on your shift.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Reading, written, and mathematical skills
Ability to lift heavy materials up to fifty pounds
Work in a noisy, hot and humid environment for length of shift.
Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
Preferred Experience
Knowledge of baking processes, equipment, and terminology is desired.
