We provide businesses, insurance companies, labor unions & public sector accounts throughout the United States with Premium Administration services.HAT YOU’LL DO…
If you are the right candidate for this position, your primary duties will include;
- Enrollments (new and changed deductions, communications to both employees and Payroll Departments);
- Billing audits and correction of billing & deduction errors;
- Billing members for missed payments;
- Answering member calls/emails regarding benefit & billing questions, claims, change requests, new hire eligibility & enrollment;
- Working with Accounting to perform system enrollment and payment uploads; data entry and client reporting
- Communicating scheduled enrollments to Payroll departments
- Other duties as needed to assist Premium Administration Manager
WHAT YOU’LL NEED…
- Client service focus and strong communication skills are required
- 3-4 years of experience in benefits administration or insurance, with strong preference for experience with Colonial or Aflac Insurance companies
- Associates degree preferred but not required
This is an excellent mid-level opportunity to grow your skills while making an immediate impact contributing to the business. This is an hourly paid position, paying $16-$22 based upon experience. Full benefits are offered: medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, retirement, vacation.
