With 30 years in the industry, F.S. & GS. Services, Inc., is the Pacific Northwest’s top general contracting company specializing in asbestos abatement, lead-based paint removal, mold remediation, interior and exterior robotic demolition services, and debris removal. With standing maintenance contracts with large private and public establishments like the University of Washington, the Port of Seattle, and the Tacoma School District, we continue to grow the company and are looking to fill new, full time, positions.
Estimator/Project Manager
Duties:
- Commercial and Residential estimating
- Service generated sales & Service maintenance sales
- Direct one on one communication with customers
- Maintain relationships with repeat owners, general contractors, vendors, suppliers and field personnel
- Provide proactive, clear, and timely communication to team members
- Prepare job files thru dropbox
Skills/Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Efficient with good time management skills
- Responsible and safety minded
- Experience in estimating plan and spec projects
- Dependable and reliable
- Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, tasks and projects on an ongoing basis
- Basic understanding of computer software, MS word, Excel, MS Outlook and Dropbox
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management preferred.
Previous experience in the construction field is preferred
Must be legally eligible for employment in the United States
Required to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test and random testing
Valid driver’s license required
Salary $75,000 to 85,000 ased on experience. Company vehicle supplied. Company also provides 401K to all full-time employees and comprehensive health and medical benefits are available.
