Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is a certified home healthcare agency with its main office located in Mansfield, MA. We are looking for an organized and energetic consistent per-diem (approx. 8 visits per week) Physical Therapy Assistant to perform treatments for patients/individuals in group homes, assisted livings, and residential settings in the Randolph, Dedham, Canton area.
Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is a unique home healthcare agency that services patients under both traditional insurance as well as the Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)/Moving Forward Plan (MFP) waiver programs. These waiver programs allow for ongoing therapy services that are not covered by skilled services.
Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required. Candidates should be licensed in Massachusetts and have a minimum of 1-year experience. Hourly rates are an approximation based on a pay-per-visit model.
