Pay Scale- 21.00 – 31.00 an hour, monthly, quarterly and yearly bonuses, yearly annual evaluation raises. Medical, Dental, Vision.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and deliver patient care so that optimum quality is achieved.
Coordinates resident care by conducting shift meetings with nursing assistants to address resident care issues.
Ensures that nursing assistant duties and responsibilities are accomplished in a timely quality manner, and reporting problems to the Nursing Supervisor and/or DON.
Report change or problem in resident to Nursing Supervisor and/or DON.
Initiate emergency treatment and report to Nursing Supervisor and/or DON.
Participate in the completion and review of nursing care plans.
Assist with preparation of orders and with physician rounds.
Ensure accuracy and promptness in transcribing physician orders.
Carry out proper charting practices and procedures.
Consult with DON and/or Nursing Supervisor about resident conditions and their treatments.
Assist with new admissions, hospital transfers and discharges as requested by DON or Nursing Supervisor.
Assist with the orientation of new residents.
Conduct rounds check of all residents to observe resident status.
Assembles and operates equipment such as oxygen supplies and catheters.
Must be familiar with general nursing and geriatric practices
Must demonstrate leadership, good judgment and dependability.
Must be knowledgeable and accurate in the administration of medications and treatments.
Must be able to perform duties of nursing assistants, CMTs when needed.
Good organizational and planning skills.
Must be able to train and teach procedures, polices etc..
Must work as a team member and maintain a positive demeanor
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Active Missouri Licence
CPR Certified
