IVF Coordinator
Premium Health/Woman’s Health is looking for an enthusiastic full-time candidate with excellent skill in patient care and knowledge of infertility.
Experience
Strong IVF Background with a minimum 2-year experience
Experienced with EMR

Responsibilities
Meet with patients to go over treatment requirements, labs and medications
Educate patient on treatment protocols and medications
Assess patients understanding of treatment protocol and medication use
Support patients throughout the pre-treatment phase and during treatment as well
Schedule patients for testing and treatment within the clinical process
Coordinate with physicians and nurses on patient related issues and questions regarding care, lab results and ultrasound findings
Coordinate with third party facilities to help facilitate patient treatments and tests
Communicate with patient regularly on treatments and lab review
Document of all patient interactions
Provide compassionate care and emotional support as patients undergo testing and therapy
Demonstrate strong documentation skills and proper use of EMR
Cover holiday and Sundays as assigned
Adhere to the standards of care set forth by Premium Healthcare and provide quality and supportive care
