Sales Development Representative – Independent – Wolf Dental Solutions – Chicago, IL

Our dental device division is looking for an experienced remote Sales Development Representative to assist our company in expanding our customer base with dental practices nationwide. The SDR’s responsibilities include soliciting potential customers and scheduling product demonstrations for our sales representatives. The SDR can be located anywhere in the continental US. This is a great opportunity for retired or part time dental hygienists, assistants & office managers looking to make extra money, as well as anyone with dental or medical sales development experience looking to work from home, set their own hours, and be their own boss.

To be a successful SDR, you should have excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

This is a contract 1099 role, meaning the SDR will be freelance & independent and paid when our sales representatives close the leads that the SDR generated. Our sales reps are highly experienced selling to dental practices. Commission payouts for SDRs are into the thousands of dollars per sale.

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:

Developing sales strategies to draw in potential customers.
Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling, emailing, and responding to inquiries generated from marketing efforts and advertisements.
Presenting product information to potential customers once needs have been identified.
Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel and scheduling in-person and virtual product demonstrations for our sales representatives.
Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any products.

Sales Development Representative Requirements:

MUST have at least 4 years of proven dental or medical sales development and lead generation experience or be an experienced dental professional.
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamworking, and customer service skills.
Good time management and analytical skills.
Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communications may be advantageous.
Must have reliable phone and internet service and a quiet place to work.

Job Type: Commission

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
