Founded in 2000, we are a life science courier. We primarily ship organs, medical equipment, and blood products.
The dispatcher role is a fast paced, quick thinking position. Our clients have demanding deadlines and expect our dispatchers to route orders quickly.
We are currently looking for an experienced Dispatcher/Driver: This position would be both driving and Dispatching. Applicant must have flexibility to change schedule. This position requires applicant to be profient in both customer service and technology. This is a desk job reliant heavily on in house software knowledge and the ability to learn and implement new technology.
- Must have previous work experience as a Dispatcher and experience with Dispatch Software, such as Xcelerator or CXT (6 months preferred)
- 3 Years Clean Driving record
- Must be able to pass TSA clearances
- Must have flexibility with schedule

Our company is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Dispatchers are paid every week via direct deposit and receive a W-2 at year end.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide assistance by telephone and email to customers and business partners.
- Receive, input, and distribute work orders and update customers on proof of deliveries.
- Manage contact with employee drivers and independent contractors to ensure all deliveries are covered as needed.
- Monitor progress of delivery routes.
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
- Maintain accurate documentation, on the status of each job within the dispatch entry, manages distribution of work, and ensures documentation is complete before jobs are cleared.
- Interact with customers and the people you work with in a professional and courteous manner

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
