The Enclave at Rye Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking for a talented and hard-working CNA to join our ever-growing team. The The Enclave at Rye Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a facility with 20 years of experience with backgrounds in acute, sub-acute, long term and outpatient care, providing an excellent setting for learning and growth.
Responsibilities Include:
The C.N.A. responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing patient care to ensure proper hygiene; assisting with going to the bathroom and showers.
Provides daily living by assisting with meals, ambulating, turning and positioning, etc…
Documents actions by completing reports and charting all vital information.
Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials.
Report patient concerns to nurse, nursing manager and/or nursing supervisor.
Serves as resident advocate with focus on facilitys mission.
1-2 years experience
Qualifications/Requirements:
Current C.N.A. certification
Shifts Available:
11pm-7am
