Columbus and Central Ohio’s number one car care company, Moo Moo Express Car Wash, is looking to hire and train outstanding, Full-Time Customer Service Attendants that are fun, friendly, and energetic! We are looking for outstanding, friendly, caring applicants for our new, state-of-the-art, high speed express car wash tunnel located at 460 Lazelle Road, Hilliard , Ohio.
Expectations:
· Greet every customer with a wave and a smile!
· Help customers select the wash or monthly wash pass to meet their needs
· Load vehicles into the wash in a safe, friendly manner
· Thank and engage with customers post wash in our free vacuum area!
· Completing our fun, informative training videos will teach all you need to know!
Easily earn an additional $250.00 bonus a within the first 3 weeks by completing our on the job training certifications!
All locations are open Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 8 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 6 PM. Applicants must be able to work a minimum 36 to 40 hours per week.
· Hourly wages begin at $12.00 and quickly escalate to 15.25/ hour in 90 days!
· Commissions are on top of the hourly pay rate!
· For Full-time Team Members Medical Insurance with HSA and Simple IRA contingent upon hours worked, can be available.

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
