Requirements of the LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse
- MUST have previous Home Health or Long-term Care experience
- MUST hold a current CPR Certification
Responsibilities of the LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
- Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients’ conditions; reporting changes to our RN
- Follow up with, execute and properly document doctors’ orders
- Accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $26.00 to $28.00 /hour
