Summary
This individual will receive incoming customer calls, place orders, enter orders into ERP, as well as address and troubleshoot customer quality concerns
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
- Receives multiple incoming phone calls per day
- Makes sales orders
- Troubleshoot customer product concerns
- Tracks shipments
- Giving and entering quotes
- Knowledge and experience with product tracking and customer management database systems
- Prior millwork experience strongly desired
- Responsible to ensure that all of our products continuously meet the required standards of safety; legality and quality.
- Assists in supporting Safety Procedures and Policies
- Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor or General Manager
