We have an open kitchen experience with ongoing team development programs and cross training to work every position in the restaurant. From the register to the grill, to morning prep and evening close, our crew members become a team working in all aspects of the restaurant. We also offer other ways to increase your hourly rate.
You have the potential to take your Hourly Rate $11.00 to $14.00 or more based on Secret Shop Bonus Program
- Secret Shop Bonus program gives you the opportunity to win two weekly bonuses with your team. Pay-outs can be up to $45.00 for each shop (or more), which is a potential of $90.00 dollars additional earnings each week added to your pay. Here is how it works:
All stores are shopped twice a week, if Eastgate receives two 100 shop scores a week a bonus payout of $270.00 (or more) per shop will be paid out to the staff that worked that shop. Secret Shoppers shop Lunch and Dinner shifts, so the more open availability you have the better chance you have of winning with your team!
Payout example: $270.00 x 2 shops a week is a potential pay out in the amount of $540.00 divided by 6 staff working each winning shift. Which would come out to $90.00 per person added to their paycheck a week!!!! Payouts and rates based on sales.
Your $11.00 rate is now equivalent of $14.00 based on 30 hour week
(11.00 x 6 hrs x 5 days =$330.00 + $90.00 divided by 30 hours)
- Employee Referral Bonus program pays out 30 days, 60 days and 90 days for a total of $150.00. Friends and Families are welcome to apply, but families cannot work at the same location. We have 9 stores to choose from.

Below are our essential duties for Crew members
- Runner/frontline coordinator
- Order taker/ cashier
- Dining room attendant
- Grill operator
- Sandwich maker
- Fry station
- All other duties assigned as necessary
Requirements
- Must be able to SMILE at all times, especially at the register during order taking!
- Have reliable transportation
- Have Basic mathematical skills
- High energy and dedication to customer service
- Availability to work day or night week-days AND weekend hours as needed
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to any situation in a positive and collective manner
- Ability to multi-task and move at a fast pace
- Energetic people who love to work in a fun-filled and high-energy atmosphere
