Admission Assistant Manager – Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute – Harrisburg, PA

The Assistant Admissions Manager provides assistance to the Admissions Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the supervision of personnel and coordination of the operational activities of the admissions department, basing decision-making on patient acuity, staff skills mix and the operation of the Admissions Department. The Assistant Admissions Manager assumes department responsibilities during the Admissions Manager’s absence. MA, MS, MSW or RN degrees.

At least two (2) years’ experience in a lead role at PPI, or three (3) years’ experience in an alternative lead role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and outlook. EPIC experience desired. Ability to maintain positive working relationships with the Hospital’s medical, nursing and other clinical staff.

Monday-Friday, day shift position.
