Registered Nurse for Behavioral Health Agency – Clean Slate Sober Living, LLC – Trotwood, OH

Clean Slate Sober Living is seeking applicants for a Full-Time RN position in our Trotwood location.You will provide nursing services in a Community Mental Health Center setting and Sober Living Partial Hospitalization Program to adults in the Mental Health and AOD Services, Medication Assisted Treatment (for Opiate Addiction), and Primary Health Care programs. PSYCH AOD and/or MAT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. Computer skills required. Organizational skills and attention to detail are required skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ,

• Work closely with the physicians, NP’s and Clinicians to coordinate services & carry out orders in a timely manner.
• Accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record for all services rendered.
• Meet the 60% productivity expectation (Accumulates the required number of billable hours of clinically allocated time based on Agency standards for position and profession)
