Afford-A-Vet Animal Clinic is seeking to hire an experienced Veterinary Receptionist. This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment working with a growing team of doctors and staff. Part-time applicants are also welcome. We are a walk-in only clinic that caters towards low-income clientele and support staff are vital to the success of our practice.
Duties include but are not limited to: greeting clients and patients(currently curb-side service), answering BUSY multi-line phones, client communication, scheduling appointments, cashier duties, taking messages for DVM’s and other clerical duties as assigned.
Must be willing to work rotating weekends.
Preference given to experienced applicants, but willing to provide training to the right candidate. Must be comfortable around dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes
