SCHEDULE IS MONDAY- FRIDAY 8AM-4:30PM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Mopping, sweeping, buffing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets
· Clubhouse cleaning and set up
· Common area and amenity cleaning (meeting areas, kitchen, exercise rooms, baths, etc.)
· Restocking toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.
· Routine grounds cleaning, trash and recycling cleaning, dog stations, tot lots, etc.
· Lighting Inspections & re-lamping light fixtures
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Valid state driver’s license
- Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in inclement weather
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs
