Summary:
The Wholesale Processing Assistant is responsible for re-verifying all borrowers employment information prior to a loan closing and processing 4506T Tax Transcripts requests when necessary.
Essential Job Functions:
- Request verifications via telephone, fax or email as needed.
- Request 4506T Tax Transcripts as needed
- Update the LOS system with current information.
- Ability to manage a pipeline of files.
- Provide superior customer service at all times.
- Must have exceptional phone etiquette.
- Comfortable working with others to achieve a desired outcome.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
- Prior experience in mortgage industry working with a loan origination system is highly preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and seek growth potential.
- Outstanding customer service orientation.
- Ability to maintain rapport with Operations and Sales staff and work in a fast paced team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
