Responsibilities:
- Progress in your career with our ladder of success through our STEPs Career Advancement
Program. Start in our Operations (warehouse) and progress to a Supervisor and/or Sales.
- Shipping and receiving of heavy material
- Maintaining proper housekeeping including truck interior/exterior
- Customer service/support
- Maintaining safety and quality standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Takes initiative to develop yourself and has a desire to continuously learn
- Must have a current driver’s license and be insurable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift/carry 50lbs, be on your feet for extended periods of time exceeding one hour, make repetitive movements such as walking, bending and/or squatting.
- Regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving equipment (forklifts & truck), dirt & dust, and loud noises, which may cause discomfort.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
Compensation:
- $15/hr to start, $20/hr after a 13-week temporary period and completion of the Driver/Warehouse checklist
- Potential for overtime
