Sana Lake Behavioral Wellness is a rapidly growing and respected substance use recovery and behavioral health organization with locations in Dittmer, St. Louis, Kansas City, Liberty, and telemedicine serving Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas. Sana Lake Behavioral Wellness Centers have been Internationally accredited by CARF since 2013 and recently received accreditation by The Joint Commission while continuing to meet the rigorous medical, clinical, and organizational standards set forth by both institutions. SLBW members are typically high-functioning, middle class, educated, and employed; with higher than average motivation to make positive changes. Services are supported by either commercial insurance or self-pay. SLBW does not currently accept Medicaid or Medicare.
The Therapist is responsible for performing a wide variety of member care activities as directed by the Clinical Supervisor. He/she will be responsible for a caseload and shall provide clinical services. These may include individual and co-occurring therapy, group counseling, group education, family therapy, or trauma counseling as determined by Clinical Supervisor. The Therapist will conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments and develop a diagnosis from the information gathered in the assessment. He/She will collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan, and assist in coordinating discharge planning. The Therapist has responsibility for maintaining communication between treatment team members, family, referral sources and other service providers as needed.
License to practice clinical discipline in Kansas. (ie. LPC, LCPC, LSCSW) REQUIRED
