Looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, outgoing and team oriented Staff Nurse for our In-House Float Pool (full time days, 7a-3:30p with rotating weekends). Our In-House Float Pool supports units within Resurrection Medical Center in Northwest Chicago near O’Hare Airport. Resurrection Medical Center is a 354-bed hospital. A comprehensive, modern health care provider with state-of-the-art facilities and services, including an Outpatient Services Center, an expansive Radiology and Imaging Center, and a Professional Office Building. What You Will Do
As an RN with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to perform direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the organization. Will work along with a diverse interdisciplinary team to help our patients through their recovery.
Responsibilities:
Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.

- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
- Assesses and coordinates patient’s discharge planning needs with members of the team.
What You Will Need
Licenses/Certifications:
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
Diploma from an accredited school/college of Nursing required.
Work Experience:
BLS, ACLS
1-2 years of experience preferred.
