Aim High Chiropractic is looking for a caring professional administrative assistant/receptionist in a BUSY Chiropractic or Medical/Rehab setting.
Must be a people person, likes to SMILE, help others, have some computer and typing skills. We are a growing company looking for caring, friendly, happy, joyful, upbeat individuals to:
- answer and direct phone calls ,
- work the front desk,
- develop and maintain a filing system,
- assist in patient care,
- handle multiple projects
- carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning…
- verify patient insurance, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational/planning and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Vietnamese, Spanish or Chinese speaking would be a plus!
The ability to be self-motivated and work independently, as well as multitasking is a must.
Applicants must be professional in appearance, behavior and possess a joyful, caring, compassionate demeanor.
Must be willing to learn!
