Physician Sales Representative (Primary Care) – Lee/Collier (FL)
Compensation: Commission plus Signing Bonus, with eligibility for medical and additional benefits pending initial network contracting

Role Description:
Florence is a physician-centric Medicare primary care company helping doctors deliver advanced, virtual care to patients using connected devices and a concierge support team. Our platform delivers immediate and currently much-needed financial relief for primary care physicians, in particular independent doctors, and provides critical health care benefits for patients. Our licensed Medicare product is currently experiencing a surge in demand from doctors and patients due to the emphasis on home isolation and additional needed support for high-risk older patients.
To help us to meet this growing need in the marketplace for Florence’s services, we are currently recruiting experienced provider network contractors in multiple geographies. Our ideal candidates are individuals with experience educating providers on improved payment and quality contracts. We are seeking bright, mission-driven self-starters for this team with a track record of supporting primary care physicians (Internal Medicine, General Practice, Family Practice or Geriatric Medicine) in your geography.
Florence’s Network Contracting role is primarily commission-based, with substantially higher earning potential than standard incentive compensation models.
