Licensed Professional Counselor
Provides mental health services to adolescents and families at Hope Harbor, a comprehensive residential family reconciliation program. Services offered include individual, group, and family counseling; participation in on-call rotation; parent workshops; consultation and support to families, Residential Life staff, and Academy staff.
Requirements: Master’s degree and licensed as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Skill with and commitment to evidence-based practices in the treatment of trauma. Commitment to family reconciliation. Willingness to be an active member of the agency team. Must have a heart for children and families from hard places and be willing to work in a comprehensive, faith-based environment.
Preferred: At least 2 years experience post-licensure. TBRI Practitioner. Experience with Residential Care or other 24/7 treatment. Experience with family reconciliation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
