PT AM Friday and Saturday
You will deliver medication to residents as directed, and keep documentation current regarding resident care. Our community setting is a relaxing change from a hectic hospital. Here at SRG you have a chance to get to know your patients; our residents count on Medication Aides to provide compassionate care.
Essential Duties:
- Assist and/or administer medications as prescribed by physician to residents.
- Document all medication management related information.
- Notify LVN/LPN of any negative medication reactions.
- Assist and/or manage all medication refills.
- Update records as necessary.
Qualifications:
- CNA certification or six (6) months experience as a caregiver.
- First Aid/CPR certified.
- Completion of course work or training in medication administration.
