Inside Sales/Ad Assistant
The Rawlins Times is searching for the right
Individual to join our advertising/office team.
This individual will be managing internal communication with various departments in Rawlins and Cheyenne. They will be troubleshooting and following up on any issues that may arise internally.
This individual will also be contacting small businesses and communicating the benefits of advertising in the Rawlins Times.
The person we seek should possess
- Excellent Communication skills oral and written
- Positive outgoing confident personality
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Organization and prioritization skills a must
- Has a pleasant telephone voice
For this position, the person we hire will be dedicated to great customer’s service, follow up in a timely manner. Professional in all you do.

The fringe benefits include medical (split between employer and employee), dental and vision options (employee paid). The company pays for these six major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day). In addition, employees accrue 3.33 hours of paid leave per pay period in the first year of employment (80 hours) and increasing to 5.0 hours per pay period (120 hours) after their one-year anniversary of employment.
