Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phones in fast pace environment
- Greet patients upon arrival and provide excellent customer service
- Check patients in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data
- Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits
- Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients
- Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
- Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
Skills:
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1+ years’ experience in the medical field
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on importance
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
