Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant – Song Institute of Allergy & Asthma – Manhattan Beach, CA

Allergy and Asthma practice in need of a full-time Medical receptionist.

We are a small clinic with a very tight-knit team, and we are looking for a new team member who possesses the following characteristics:

  • Professional attitude
  • Natural ability to connect and communicate with others
  • Efficient and organized
  • Punctual, reliable, and honest

Requirements:

  • Work experience NOT required.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn ABSOLUTELY required.

Skills and Responsibilities (training will be provided):

  • Front office duties
  • Use of electronic health record system
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Answering multiple phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Insurance verification

Full-time work, along with competitive salary and benefits offered!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
