Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and basic care to our clients
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment for our clients
- Provide personal care, such as bathing, toileting and dressing for our clients
- Follow a Plan of Care for each client as provided by our registered nursing staff
- Monitor and report changes in client health status to the registered nursing staff
- Provide routine individualized care to seniors in our community.
Qualifications:
- Caring and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to work well with others and in teams
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
