Essential Job Function:
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for engaging with guests, keeping store shelves stocked and tidy, overall store cleanliness, and efficiently processing customer transactions.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet customers
- Provide knowledgeable answers to guest questions
- Scan and process all customer transactions
- Prepare & maintain food service products and coffees
- Understand emergency fuel procedures
- Stock dry goods and paper products, such as napkins, coffee cups, etc.
- Clean and maintain the store, inside and out
- Occasionally assist with inventory and putting away orders
- Follow cash-handling and credit card policies
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
- Friendly demeanor
- Safely lift 40+ lbs. to chest height
- Stand and walk for 8+ consecutive hours
- Climb a stool, reach with arms above head, grasp with hands, bend, and crouch
- Use hands bilaterally and unilaterally
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Accurately select options from a touch-screen monitor
- Accurately count US currency and make change
- Pre-employment drug screening
