Mileage Pay – Up to $0.52 per mile
Training Pay – an additional $.0.04 per mile when a student is currently on the trainer’s truck. Applies to miles driven by either the trainer or student.
Productivity Pay – trainers are eligible for weekly productivity pay. Applies to miles driven by either the trainer or student. Productivity pay starts at $0.02 up to $0.11 per mile starting at 2001 miles for the week.
Student Retention Pay – Trainers are paid $0.01 for every loaded mile completed by their students during the first twelve months after the student upgraded to solo status.
- Paid to the trainer who finishes the students training.
- Paid quarterly during the 3rd pay per period after the end of each quarter.
- If student terminates employment for any reason before the end of the quarter, any miles completed during the quarter before termination are not eligible.
- If trainer terminates employment, quits training program, or is removed from the training program, all applicable Trainer Incentive Pay is forfeited.
Home time– 2 weeks minimum. Some exceptions based on home location.
OTR Driver Trainer Requirements – must have 9 months OTR experience
