Primary responsibilities include:
* Oversee the medications and activities of daily living of residents in the community to ensure their healthcare needs are being met.
* Performs ongoing assessment/observation of residents’ physical and mental health needs.
* Coordinate with other departments and outside vendors to ensure quality care.
* Assist the DON and ED with staffing functions to include hiring, training, supervision, scheduling and monitoring of care partners in the administration of direct care within the community.
* Perform ongoing assessment & observation of residents’ physical and mental health needs.
We seek the following primary qualifications:
* Current Tennessee LPN or RN license.
* Ability to effectively communicate in English and understand and follow written and oral instructions.
* Reliable transportation.
* Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
* Detail oriented and ORGANIZED,
* Demonstrated history of reliability.
