Diversity Equity & Inclusion Manager; 1.0FTE – UnityPoint Health – Madison, WI

Through teaching, discovery and advocacy, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager will promote equity in access to quality healthcare.

The DEI Manager will help create strategy and then deploy programming related to all DEI activities for the region. This position will work closely with our system DEI (UnityPoint Health) and our partners (UW Health) to create, maintain, and expand our internal advocacy, advising, brand, and education and link to community relationships for DEI.

Requirements Include:
~Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (willing to consider significant experience in lieu of a degree)
~3 years’ experience in a formal DEI related role or demonstrated DEI activities equaling 3 years
~Project and change management experience
~Microsoft Office skills
~Knowledge of legal implications as it relates to EEO and Affirmative Action

Preferred Qualifications Include:
~Public health training
~Training and development experience
~Healthcare experience
~Operations experience
~Data analytics experience
