Description of the Job:

As a Brilar Sales Professional, you are responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and selling landscape and snow removal services. We are looking for reliable people who are excited to join the team and ready to jump into any situation to give a helping hand. Requirements

  • On-site job training is available for those with no sales experience
  • Must have high drive to problem solve- using active listening, analysis, research & creativity
  • Must be able to change directions quickly and easily
  • Must be coachable
  • Must be motivated to succeed

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prospecting new sales opportunities
  • Proposing, and selling landscape maintenance and snow removal to commercial clients
  • Collaborate with account managers and branch manager
  • Use company software
  • Build, retain and manage current client relationships
  • Provide customer service, timely correspondence, and follow-through to all clients
  • Participate in industry events and associations by attending, board membership and or sponsorship opportunities
  • Support or facilitate resolution of client concerns
  • Represent the Company in a positive and professional manner
  • Provide through reporting of sold work to allow for effective scheduling, completion, and invoicing
  • Accurately track all prospecting and sales activities
  • Proactively meet annual targeted sales goals

Pay: $40,000.00 – $101,520.00 per year
