The Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician-Manufacturing will repair and adjust equipment, machines, and defective components, replacing worn parts such as electrical and mechanical components or equipment.
Do you:
- Have prior electrical experience in a manufacturing environment?
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit breakers and low voltage power distribution systems, AC/DC motor control devices, instrumentation, PLC’s and AC/DC drive systems, etc.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications (machine, mechanical and electrical), as well as electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams and schematics.
- Performing preventative maintenance on electrical and electronic systems of production equipment such as pressure transducers, electrical and pneumatic controllers, level indicators/controllers, pressure and temperature transmitters, etc.
- Have prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment?
- Performing inspections and repairing production equipment such as gearboxes, pumps, air/hydraulic cylinders and lines, process rolls, reclaim and extrusion equipment, and utilities equipment such as air compressors and water chillers systems?
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting failures on equipment?
- Have high energy?
- Have a “Can Do” attitude with a proven track record of reliability?

Requirements:
- Experience repairing and maintaining equipment.
- Experience using measuring devices such as tape measures, micrometers, calipers and squares.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and read blueprints and technical drawings, such as machine, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
