We are leaders in Healthcare recruitment in 6 countries – India, Middle east, Romania, Germany and UK and want to enter the staffing / placements in the US for healthcare and other sectors.
We have a dedicated team of Recruiters and telesales available in India who shall assist the team to do business lead development, run the entire recruitment cycle and finally close mandates with our clients.

- Experience in sourcing Nurses from CANADA/MEXICO for USA market

This position will epitomize the “jack of all trades” and the individual that is right for this role will be responsible for the following.*
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing marketing department and business development efforts.
• Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
• Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Researching demand for our services.
• Competitor and market research.
• Identifying potential clients.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
• Supporting lead generation efforts.
• Coordinating marketing/business development projects from start to finish.
• Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
• Speaking with concerned hospitals / healthcare providers by generating leads and requirements
Business development is an integral part of the position which will require you to develop relationships with prospective and current clients, negotiate contract terms, and become a subject matter expert on our business services, operations, and our industry. Finally, you will also be working closely with our core group and PR firm to develop a strategy that will help us maximize profits, market share, and expand our clientele.
The ideal candidate will:
– The position requires experience and a strong background in the home healthcare industry.
– Preference will be given to applicants with staffing and scheduling experience.
– Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
– Possess excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
