Attentive Care Inc. is currently looking for a motivated individual that is passionate about recruiting the right fit for a company to fill our Healthcare Recruiter position. Candidates must have an extensive knowledge of Human Resources and at least one year of homecare recruiting experience.
Responsibilities
· Schedule and conduct interviews for potential employees
· Recruit a high volume of Home Health Aides and Direct Service Providers
· Respond to all HR related inquiries
· Organize training and onboarding sessions for new hires
Requirements
· Experience in a human resources/admin role
· Strong ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
· Understanding of social media platforms for recruiting purposes
· Self-starter that is organized and has great time management skills
· Valid NJ driver’s license
· Clean background
· Preference to candidates who speak Spanish fluently
